This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you download, install, or use our mobile application, Maths in Hindi (the "App").
By accessing or using the App, you explicitly agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the application.

While we make every effort to verify accuracy, we do not warrant or guarantee that the content, calculations, or question papers are 100% error-free, complete, or up-to-date.
No Warranty of Exam Success: We explicitly disclaim any guarantee, implied or expressed, that using this App will ensure success, clear any cut-offs, or guarantee specific marks/ranks in any competitive, school, college, or university examinations.
Absolute Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, owner, affiliates, or agents shall never be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, device damage, exam failures, app downtime, or errors in math problems arising out of your ability or inability to use the App. The App is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
4. No Government Affiliation Disclaimer
The App is a completely independent, privately owned educational platform. It does not claim to represent, be endorsed by, or be affiliated with any government body, ministry, or public institution in India.
Any references to specific government or public sector competitive examinations (such as SSC, UPSC, Railway NTPC, IBPS, State PCS, UPPSC, MPPSC, BPSC, REET, or CTET) are purely descriptive and intended solely to guide users regarding the syllabus relevance of our mathematical content.
5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Protection
All content present inside the App—including but not limited to custom math tricks, graphics, questions, structural design, solutions, audio, and video lessons—is the exclusive intellectual property of the developer.
Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, modifying, decompiling, or scraping data from the App.
Unauthorised redistribution, sharing, or selling of premium PDFs or content outside the App is strictly illegal and will result in permanent account termination and legal action.
6. Third-Party Services and Analytics
We utilize verified, secure, industry-standard third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to monitor application health and handle payments securely. These services process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
Google Play Services: For core application operational stability, identity authentication, and delivery of system updates.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: To monitor application crashes, performance lag, and aggregate user engagement patterns anonymously.
Google Play Billing Service: For safe processing of premium content purchases. We do not collect, view, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All transaction security is managed entirely by Google.
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill the educational services outlined herein.
How to Permanently Delete Your Data:
In absolute compliance with global privacy policies and Google Play Developer terms, you retain full control over your data. You can delete your information at any time:
Open the App and go to the Drawer Menu / Profile Settings.
Tap on "Delete Account".
Confirm the confirmation prompt.
Upon execution, your personal profile data, progress logs, and test histories will be permanently and securely wiped from our live production databases within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Data Protection Compliance)
Our App is designed to protect student privacy and aligns with global standards, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above.
We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has inadvertently provided personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
9. Data Sharing, Transfers, and Law Enforcement
We maintain a strict policy against data commercialization. We will never sell, rent, lease, trade, or distribute your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketers.
We may disclose user data only under the following highly specific circumstances:
To comply with valid legal processes, court orders, or enforceable government requests under applicable regional laws (such as the Information Technology Act of India).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and your relationship with the App shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the local laws governing the place of residence/operation of the developer, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where the developer resides.

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changing legal requirements or app features.
